My husband and I are very pleased with the service we received from this gallery. When I fell in love with a ring on their website, my husband wanted to purchase it for me for Christmas. He contacted ...the gallery by email to find out if it was available in my size and they offered to have the artist make an identical one to fit me. Everything went smoothly and the ring was available for us to pick up as planned when we arrived in Vancouver for Christmas. Our visit to the gallery was delightful and I would highly recommend it to anyone with an interest in Northwest Coast art. See More

I had always regretted that we hadn't acquired a Native American Mask from the Pacific Northwest Coast when we lived in Seattle. I have never bought a major piece of art online but Douglas Reynolds Ga...llery made it so easy. Beautiful photography, good information and excellent customer service. Shipping it from Vancouver to Boulder CO super simple. All the staff helpful, good communicators. Now I can't wait to visit the gallery the next time I find myself in Vancouver. Thanks to David and Jay for your help. The art by Yul Baker is everything I had hoped for. See More

Backstory...my wife is going through a breast cancer battle. At the onset of this, she took to hummingbirds...or rather, they took to her. While going through this, we drew closer to Christmas and k...new that my gift had to be related to hummingbirds. I got to do a lot of research on these beautiful creatures...my search for a hummingbird related gift brought me to this wonderful gallery. I found such an awesome assortment of Haida themed jewelry/art pieces. I found a few that fit my/my wife's taste. I waited until today to write my review (being a Christmas gift)...my wife loved them. She love the uniqueness, the fact that these are all individually crafted pieces of jewelry and the story behind each piece and their respective artist. I would absolutely recommend this gallery to anyone. Jay was the salesperson I worked with and was prompt in returning my inquiries and shipped the pieces with extra wrapping paper, just in case customs tore into them. Great place, with great service and quality of items! Thank you so much for making my wife's Christmas that much happier! See More

I honestly cannot say enough about my recent experiences purchasing from the Douglas Reynolds Gallery. Douglas, David, Ethan, and Erica have treated me incredibly well - very warm and inviting, gener...ous with their time and energy, and so willing to share about Northwest Coast Art; In reference to one significant purchase I just finalized, David really went out of his way to provide me with as much information as I required, in order to make a final decision with full confidence; he is incredibly knowledgeable and even directed me to reference material while I was researching the purchase. I'm thrilled with my new art and with these wonderful new relationships.... Isn't "culture", at its core, about community and relationships? These people espouse the right Spirit! Cheers! See More

Having spent many family holidays sailing in the Pacific NW, I grew to love Northwest coastal art and Haida symbolism. Many years ago my spiritual & artsy mother-in-law started a tradition of marking... significant life events with a gift linked to a Haida meaning. This year two very special people in my life are experiencing momentous firsts - motherhood and marriage - and I wanted to keep the ceremonial practice going to honor both her and these occasions. I searched the internet since I live 1500 km inland, and was drawn to the well designed Douglas Reynolds Gallery web site's beautiful, distinctive works. One phone call and a couple of emails later, with the professional expertise of Jay, Erica and David, I found the perfect pieces. This team of customer service pros answered all my questions, orchestrated a special order, and arranged timely shipping of my items - the jewelry arrived a couple days ago and is absolutely stunning. Thank you for your help with my online shopping experience! You went above and beyond! It would be my great pleasure to one day visit the Gallery in person and meet the Douglas Reynolds circle of artisans, consultants and staff!! And in the meantime, I know who to call for that next big juncture in a loved one's life. See More

How lucky I was to find Erica at Douglas Reynolds Gallery. I had been upset for a couple years after losing a very special ring. Having no idea who the artist was I started looking online for anything... similar. And I found it on this web site!!! The ring was made by Justin Rivard and is a Cree inspired northwestern Native American design. Erica was fantastic when I spoke to her. She arranged for Justin to make the ring to my specifications and within a month is on my finger! I am so grateful for their professionalism and impeccable customer service. This is a first rate gallery and you won't go wrong doing business with them. See More
