There was once a man named Gunarh whose beautiful wife was taken by the Killer Whale
People and carried to their underwater village. The Chief of the Killer Whale People intended
to marry her, but first planned to create a dorsal fin and attach it to her back so that she could
join their world beneath the sea.

Determined to rescue his wife, Gunarh set out on a dangerous journey. He undertook a series
of difficult tasks and ultimately rode on the back of a great Killer Whale to reach the underwater
village. When he arrived, Gunarh entered the Chief Killer Whale’s longhouse and succeeded
in rescuing his wife. Together, they returned to their own village, bringing her safely back to
the world above
